About the programme

Hifdh Online is a structured, live memorisation programme designed to give students the consistency and supervision that Hifdh demands. Classes run every weekday for 2 hours.

Students work directly with a qualified Ustadha who guides revision, new memorisation, and tajwīd correction in a small-group setting. Access to the programme is confirmed after payment. Full class details are sent before September.

Who this is for

Sisters in Year 7 and above

This cohort is exclusively for female students, from Year 7 (age 11) upwards, including post-school sisters who wish to begin or continue their Hifdh journey.

All levels of prior memorisation

Whether your daughter has memorised Juz Amma, several ajzāʼ, or none at all, she is welcome. The Ustadha will assess each student and provide an appropriate programme.

Students who can commit daily

Hifdh requires consistency. This programme is for students and families who can genuinely commit to five sessions per week. Missing frequent classes will affect progress.

Students with a private space to learn

Because classes are live and interactive, students must be able to attend from a private room where they are not seen or heard by non-maḥram men.

Registering on behalf of your daughter

This form is completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of the student. You will be the primary contact throughout the programme. Please use your own email address and phone number in the parent/guardian section.

After payment is confirmed, all communications — including class links, timetables, and Ustadha contact details — will be sent to the email address you provide here.

If your daughter is an independent adult registering herself, please contact us directly and we will assist you with the self-registration process.

The Hifdh journey

Memorising the Qurʼān is one of the most significant acts a Muslim can undertake. The Prophet ﷺ said: "The best of you are those who learn the Qurʼān and teach it." Hifdh is not merely a task of memory: it is a sustained relationship with the words of Allāh, cultivated through daily recitation, reflection, and companionship with the text.

Our Ustadha is qualified in Hifdh and tajwīd transmission, with years of experience teaching students at different stages of memorisation. She brings both technical rigour and pastoral care to her teaching, understanding the emotional and spiritual demands that Hifdh places on students and their families.

Students join a small cohort, which allows the Ustadha to give each student personal attention, adjust pace when needed, and track progress with care.

وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ

"And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember?"

Qur'an 54:17

Frequently asked questions

Is this course only for sisters?

Yes. This cohort is exclusively for female students (sisters). The environment and teaching are designed for an all-sisters setting, with privacy and safeguarding at the centre.

What age does my daughter need to be?

Year 7 onwards — typically from age 11. There is no upper age limit. Older sisters and post-school students are very welcome. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Does my daughter need to have started memorising already?

No prior memorisation is required. Students can join at any stage — whether they are starting from scratch or have already memorised several ajzāʼ. The Ustadha will assess each student individually.

What are the payment options?

There are two options. The monthly plan charges £55/month for 12 months (£660 total). Payments are taken automatically and the subscription ends after month 12 — there is no indefinite commitment. The annual plan is a single one-off payment of £627, which saves £33 compared to paying monthly. You choose your preferred option when you complete the enrolment form.

Can I use a discount or coupon code?

Yes. You will see a promotion code field on the payment screen. Enter any valid code there. Do not enter it here — Stripe applies it automatically at checkout.

Is financial assistance available?

We have a limited scholarship fund. If affordability is a genuine concern, please indicate this in the form. We will consider requests individually and respond before the start date, in shāʼ Allāh.

What technology does my daughter need?

A stable internet connection and a device (laptop, tablet, or phone) that can run Zoom or Microsoft Teams. She will need a working microphone and ideally a camera.

What is a private space?

Classes are live and interactive. Your daughter should attend from a room or private space where she cannot be seen or heard by non-maḥram men. This is an important safeguarding requirement.

What happens if my daughter misses a class?

Regular attendance is essential for Hifdh progress. If circumstances require absence, please inform the Ustadha in advance. Classes cannot be recorded and missed sessions cannot be refunded.

When will class details be sent?

After payment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Full class access details — Zoom or Teams link, Ustadha contact — will be sent before the September start date, in shāʼ Allāh.

Can I cancel the subscription?

You can cancel via the Stripe customer portal. Please be aware that our enrolment terms apply — see the Terms & Refund Policy section below.

My daughter registers herself — can I still use this form?

For this cohort (Year 7+), a parent or guardian must complete the enrolment. If the student is an independent adult registering herself, please contact us directly and we will assist.

Safeguarding and private space

This programme takes place in a live, interactive online setting. We take safeguarding seriously. All teachers have appropriate qualifications, and classes are structured for an all-sisters environment.

Students must attend from a private room or enclosed space. This means non-maḥram men cannot see or hear the session. This is both a religious requirement and a fundamental safeguarding principle.

If you have any concerns about safeguarding, privacy, or the programme structure, please contact us before enrolling.
